sarapan

Pagi ini ...
Lupe nak amik gambor.

Bahan-bahannya: 

Sebotol susu kambing
Kurma, sebanyak mana susu. 

Cara menyediakan: 

Blender kurma bersama susu kambing. Bahagi kepada 2 gelas. 1 untuk saya, 1 untuk hubby. 

Komen saya (as 1stimer):

Lazat! No goaty taste (ayat HR). Sejuk. Macam aiskrim (sebabnye guna susu yang diletakkan dalam peti ais semalaman=). Kenyang sampai tengahari. Sebabnya, kurma mmg banyak la nak sama paras ngan susu tu.

Kenapa breakfast ni?
Usaha nak dapat anak. Petua diambil dari rancangan Tanyalah Ustaz (TV9). Usaha tangga kejayaan kan? Semoga Barakah....

Tapi rasa macam nak makan lagi lah pulak esok sebab best lah!

EKoonomi Kiter

Suddenly realize that I grew so fast.




Hehe.(PETI AIS).









Now already need to think about that TITLE. Since I obviously involves in it since I start working and get married and we start to buy our own properties.









Government said that the economy now growing better, than last year. With the 1-2 % increment. Cannot remember. But what really happen today, does bother me much.









Subsidy for fuel, sugar, flour, cooking oil and toll will be reduced. Berperingkat. But of course will give a big impact to our life after this.









All those components is the essential of life, which mean, the increment of those component prices will lead to the overall goods' price increment.









By year 2012, one slice of bread may cost us RM1.



1 cup of teh tarik might cause us RM 3.



Lunch with nasi berlauk might cost us RM20.



And transportation?



1 trip to work? From K.T to Tembila?



1 trip to KL by bus or flight?



Children school fees?



Medicine?









..... Our salary? ..................



Our lower grade staff? Zihan? Faiz?

Going abroad. Is that still affordable in this situation?



Or the right question might sound like ... Is it still MUNASABAH/LOGIC for us to apply for scholarship in this situation?

saya mau kurus!

gimana ni....

mau jadi 58 kg. Sekarang? 74.5 kg. Kena reduce ...ke 70 je yang penting dulu. Banyak berat ooo ini amoi. Umur baru 26 tahun. Tak sayang hidup ke Norshida?

Dr said...I might included in a category of woman who is Insulin Resistance.
Should I take METFORMIN?

Breakfast: bihun/nasi minyak/nasi lemak
Lunch: Nasi lauk pauk/fastfood
Dinner: Nasi+ lauk

Gane dop gemok?

Sepatutnya bertukar kepada:

Breakfast: Oat Quack+Susu Omega+Spirulina+Kismis+Cookies
Snack: Kurma + Misai Kucing
Lunch: Nasi+Lauk Ikan+Sayur
Snack: Nuts ...
Dinner: Sup sayur/Salad + spirulina
Supper: Herbal Tea/ klorofil

Plus...aku kena habiskan yang dah dibeli...

Spirulina
Teh misai kucing
Aloe vera drinking gel
Herbal tea
Klorofil.

Dah...sudah..sudah. Jangan beli apa2 lagi dah selagi yang ni semua tak habis! Pantang masuk kedai ni!!!!!

Kak sue kate...
Jangan makan Ayam dan Fastfood!!!!!
Misi jogging ngan asmad sekali seminggu.
Pinjam basikal mok? buleh dop agok2?
Slimworld? wow.....menarik .... hehe.

P/S: Lunch ni makan sket je sbb malam ni kena melantak sup ekor.Hehe. Dah terbeli... takpe, semoga dapat keberkatan menunaikan hasrat hubby. =)
