Most efficient way so far (for myself).
Found this method by chance.
One morning, we woke up late at almost 8 and have meeting at KUSZA campus at 8.30 am!
So, we rushed up and not have time for breakfast.

In the IELTS class that evening... gruk gruk...gruk..gruk..
Huhuhuh.... maybe 4-5 times berulang kali ke tandas.
But the process were so smooth and silky. (^-^)
And very recommended for those who suffer bloated stomach. Eh, ye dop? Angin?
Today.
I make repeated experiment.
Morning, take 2 teaspoon of Jus Tok Guru.
Then, in the car, eating those prunes again.
